Visiting Angels, located at 1250 Pine Street in Walnut Creek, celebrated the grand opening of its newest Walnut Creek office with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday. As part of a national franchise network, Visiting Angels specializes in senior home care, offering customized services that support independent and safe living at home. Their offerings include companion care, personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care and respite support for family caregivers. 

Guided by the motto “Empathy in action, excellence in care and enthusiasm in service,” this Walnut Creek team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, around-the-clock care. This business joins the City’s existing healthcare and wellness cluster anchored by Kaiser Permanente and John Muir Health medical centers, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and Bass Medical group. Healthcare users occupy over one million square feet of work space.   

Mayor Cindy Darling, Mayor Pro Tem Kevin Wilk and Economic Development staff attended the ribbon cutting and welcomed Visiting Angels to the community.
