Main Street, held its ribbon cutting on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, welcoming the community with its authentic Italian cuisine and signature pizzas crafted with high-quality flour imported from Italy, known for its lighter texture, superior flavor, and traditional preparation methods. The excitement surrounding the opening was evident with a line stretching down the block. Mayor Kevin Wilk and City staff attended the celebration to officially welcome the new restaurant to the community. Also opening their doors on Wednesday were new ramen concepts, Mensho Ramen and Marafuku Ramen, both celebrating successful soft openings and adding to the city’s growing culinary scene.
