The City is currently accepting proposals for two non-storefront delivery-only cannabis businesses beginning at 8 a.m. on June 14, 2023 through 5 p.m. on July 14, 2023.

 Selected businesses will be authorized to seek a Conditional Use Permit and Operator Permit as provided in Chapter 10, Part III, Article 2 (Personal and Commercial Cannabis Activities) of the Municipal Code and the Cannabis Operator Selection Procedures Resolution (Resolution 22-16).
