Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on Monday, August 18, 2025.

Clarke Swim Center:

1. What is the average delivery size of Sodium Hypochlorite?
   850 gal – 1500 gal
2. What is the average delivery size of Muriatic Acid / Hydrochloric Acid?
   450 gal
3. What is the order frequency of Sodium Hypochlorite?
   In Summer delivery is auto filled and topped off weekly. In Winter orders are every other week.
4. What is the order frequency of Muriatic Acid / Hydrochloric Acid?
   2-3 weeks.
5. In the past, the tank size for Sodium Hypochlorite was 500 gallons. Why were the tank sizes reduced to 250 gallons?
   This is a misprint. We currently have one 1000-gallon tank and one 500-gallon tank.
6. What is the current price for Sodium Hypochlorite?
   $3.26 per gallon at Clarke

Larkey Swim Center:

1. What is the average delivery size of Sodium Hypochlorite?
   480 gal
2. What is the average delivery size of Muriatic Acid / Hydrochloric Acid?
   Currently this is not delivered; staff purchases gallon jugs as needed.
3. What is the order frequency of Sodium Hypochlorite?
   In Summer delivery is auto filled and topped off weekly. In Winter months orders are filled every 2-4 weeks depending on weather and programming.
4. What is the order frequency of Muriatic Acid / Hydrochloric Acid?
   These chemicals are not currently in use at the facilities; however they may be necessary at the new facility.
5. In the past, the tank size for Sodium Hypochlorite was 500 gallons. Why were the tank sizes reduced to 250 gallons?
   This is a misprint. Larkey currently has a one 500-gallon tank and one 150-gallon tank.
6. What is the current price for Sodium Hypochlorite?
   $2.92 per gallon at Larkey (this includes the aquatic park)
