The City of Walnut Creek is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a project management team for a new Combined Community Center and Aquatic Facility at Heather Farm Park. The project will replace an outdated Community Center and Aquatic Facility, each of which is currently located within Heather Farm Park.
