Project Description
"112 residential rental apartment units on a 1.32 acre site located at the corner of South California Blvd and Botelho Drive. The existing commercial building will be demolished for make way for the proposed development. The proposed one-to-two-bedroom units will be located in a five story building and parking will be provided on the ground floor. The project is being processed under the Housing accountability act (SB330) and Density Bonus Law. The applicant is providing nine affordable units set aside for very low income households, and requesting two concessions (FAR and height), and two waivers are proposed (setbacks and common outdoor space)."
