Project Description
It is a 1.32 acre site located at the corner of South California Blvd and Botelho Drive. The existing commercial building will be demolished for make way for the proposed development. The proposed 1, 2, and 3 bed units (582 s.f. to 1,208 s.f.) will be located in a seven story building and parking will be provided on in a three level garage. The project is being processed under the Housing accountability act (SB330) and Density Bonus Law. The applicant is providing 26 affordable units set aside for low income households, and requesting two concessions and two waivers to the City’s development standards as allowed under Density Bonus Law.
