Project Description
The project is seeking approval under the Builder's Remedy and Housing Accountability Act/SB330. The project entitlements are Tentative Condo Map, Design Review, Lott Line Adjustment, Tree Removals and Density Bonus. The existing 11 office buildings will be demolished to construct 422 townhouses (condo style) of which 13% (55 units) will be set aside for low-income households. Each townhouse will have a two-car garage, and 116 guest parking spaces are also provided. The proposed townhouses will be located within 83 building groups consisting of four building types (2-plex, 4-plex, 5-plex, 6-plex) The units range from 1,270 to 2,067 square feet.
