Project Description
The proposed project is a PD Rezone, Design Review and Lot Merger.  The proejct will demolish all existing structures (former Masses building) and merge three parcels (2717 N. Main Street, 1530 2nd Avenue, and 1510 2nd Avenue) into a single 2.38-acre site to construct a new Porsche dealership. The three-level building includes a Basement level with vehicle inventory and wash bays, Ground floor with the auto service area, sales showroom, and offices, and Second floor with additional office space and inventory parking. The showroom will front both N. Main Street and 2nd Avenue, while the service/repair operations will be accessed from 2nd Avenue.
