Project Description
The project is proposing to build a new 12,309 sq. ft. Pickleball Court Facility. The project includes new landscaping, site design, lighting, and Tree removals. On December 4, 2024, the Design Review Commission held a Study Session to provide feedback on the proposed development. On March 27, 2025, the Planning Commission approved the project.
