If you have a low income and own your home, you may be eligible for a:

• Home repair grant for up to $20,000

To qualify, you must live in the home and your household income cannot exceed 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). 

How to apply

This program is administered by Habitat for Humanity. To apply, visit the Habitat for Humanity website and submit a request for service.

• Insulation
• Central heating
• Electrical and plumbing upgrades
• Painting
• Ramps
• Grab bars
• Concrete or deck repair
• Solar electric systems or rooftop solar

Health and safety hazards are given priority for funding.
